What We Believe
Statement of Faith
The Holy Scriptures: We believe that the Bible is the infallible, inspired Word of God, entirely authoritative in matters of faith and practice. It contains the complete revelation of God's will for humanity and serves as the ultimate source of truth and guidance for our lives.
The Triune God: We believe in the one true God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is sovereign, all-knowing, all-powerful, and perfectly loving, just, and merciful.
The Person and Work of Jesus Christ: We confess Jesus Christ as the only Savior and Mediator between God and humanity. He is fully God and fully man, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a substitutionary atonement for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead on the third day.
Salvation by Grace through Faith: We believe that salvation is a free gift from God, offered by His grace alone and received through faith in Jesus Christ. It is not by any human merit or good works but is entirely God's work in the life of the believer.
The Church: We believe in the universal Church, consisting of all true believers throughout history, united under Christ as its head. Local churches are expressions of this universal body and are called to preach the Word, administer the sacraments, and carry out Christ's Great Commission.
The Second Coming of Christ: We eagerly await the imminent return of Jesus Christ, when He will judge the living and the dead, and establish His eternal kingdom. Believers will enjoy everlasting life with God, while those who rejected Christ will face eternal separation from Him.
